A Squarespace website for a real state investment firm.
When Onek reached out, they only had a “Coming Soon” website. They really needed a website that explained what they did and allowed potential investors to contact them.
I started by interviewing the client, extensively. I wanted to understand everything about their business so that I could design the website in a way that spoke to their target audience. After several interviews, I was able to find a tagline that cleared the path for everything else: Our #1 Goal: Develop Investors.
The website needed to be informative but not overwhelming, and it needed to look really slick. To illustrate the real estate investment process, I created some animated SVG icons that activate on click. I then created an online quiz that potential investors could use to see what investment type was right for them, and then integrated it with an online scheduling tool that allows users to book a consultation with the Onek team.
